Heating and Cooling Systems Two switches on the back of our water dispenser. Red switch is for hot water. Green switch is for cold water. Please carefully observe the changes of indicator lights. You can choose cold water (temp 50 to 59°F) and hot water (temp 194°F to 203°F).
